We are upgrading your Online Banking, Touchtone Banking and Bank Statements.
Starting at 4:00 PM on Friday, March 6, 2015 to Monday, March 9, 2014, Online and Touchtone Banking will be in inquiry mode only. Transfers will not be available during this period. The new upgraded Online and Touchtone Banking Systems will be available on Monday, March 9th at 9:00 AM CST.
All online and Touchtone banking customers will have to re-enroll. Touchtone Banking Customers, when calling for the first time after conversion, please use the last four digits of your Social Security Number to enroll. You may change your password at that time.
Bill Pay will be unavailable beginning on Thursday March 5, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. Bill Pay will be back online starting on Monday March 9th at 9:00 AM CST. All current recurring payments will not be interrupted.
In conjunction with our system enhancement you will receive a Bank Statement as of March 6, 2015 and possibly a second statement in March depending on your regular statement cycle date.
