03/02/12 – UPDATED FRAUD ALERT
We have been notified by several persons (customers and non customers) that they are receiving text messages concerning the re-activation of their debit cards.
On 2/24/12 we were notified by several customers that they had received automated phone calls claiming their FNBUSA debit card needs to be re-activated.
These text messages and calls are fraudulent, do NOT release any information, reply, or press any prompts. Please contact our security officer, Kevin Roberts, at 985-785-8411 to report any incidents. Just as a reminder: these scams can occur via email, text messages, and phone messages.
